Personal data is processed on the basis of: - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. - Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, if you consent to the processing of your personal data, the data will be processed for the purposes indicated therein; - Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, if processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the administrator is subject, including tax and accounting regulations; - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, including the establishment or exercise of claims, defense against claims, the legitimate interest of the ADO is marketing its own products. 3. Your data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes indicated in point 2 - in the case of contract performance, for the duration of the contract, after which the data will be processed for the period required by law or for the period necessary to pursue claims. - in the case of legal obligations imposed on the ADO, the data will be processed for the duration of fulfilling those obligations. - If you consent to the processing of data, the data will be processed until such consent is withdrawn. 5. We inform you of your rights: access to the content of the data and the request for rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of data. If the data is processed based on consent, you may also exercise the right: to transfer consents, to delete data if no other processing purpose is being pursued, e.g., performance of a contract. 6. We inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 7. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion of the contract. 8. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
